During the POL process, I feel very proud of the work I put in and the grade I got out. I reflected very deeply on myself, my learning style, and my personal struggles. Unfortunately, I did struggle with the time constraints of the presentation, and started off in the 11 minute range. I put in a lot of work and rehearsed a lot, but still went over the time by 45 seconds. My SMART goal was to keep a planner to keep myself in check, I still plan on doing this and having my planner with me at all times.
