Film Project- Police Brutality Film
Project Description/ Reflection:
To make this film, I first brainstormed ideas for what I wanted it to be about. Recently, the Ahmaud Arbery case came out and that is what guided me to make this video. I then wrote a script, and started recording. Once I had it recorded, I looked for pictures, which was really heavy for me.
I decided to make a film because film-making is a passion of mine and has been for years. My topic is something I care deeply about as a privileged citizen of America. I care about speaking out and trying to help bring awareness to big issues such as this in as many ways as I can.

Teacher Creature Project
I have had very little experience working with Photoshop before this project. I didn't know how to highlight one piece of an image or cut and paste. Now I have learned about layers and all different tools, including pen, lasso, magnet, and paint brush tools.

Photoshop Tutorials
Ice Text
For this tutorial, I first created a gradient, and wrote Ice in Impact font. I then liquefied my text and warped it to look like melting ice. Then I created a copy, made one copy plastic and one chrome, and put them together. Then I created a copy of the text and flipped it vertically to create a reflection.

Font Practice
In photoshop, I made a gradient using a light blue and white. I then typed the phrase happy, and changed the font. I selected the text warp tool, and changed the positioning of the text.

Transparent Image Text
I took a picture of snowy mountains, and typed snow on top. I then put the text layer below the picture, right clicked in between the layers, and clicked alt.
